Organized by 21^st Century Media, and jointly organized by Fudan University Management Award Foundation and China Mergers& Acquisitions Association, the “Summer Davos 2012@Shanghai Round-table seminar” shall be held on August 4^th , 2012 at Sunshine Hall, Guanghua Building, Fudan University(The east gate at Fudan University, Guoding Road).

  The theme of the seminar is “Overseas M&A and global citizenship of Chinese enterprises”.

  As the financial crisis lingers, the global business community calls for investment and M&A activities to rejuvenate. Investment accelerates economic revival, and M&A activities shape the future of economy.
